Happy 7th Birthday Olivia!

I was asked to make a bed cake for a sweet girl turning 7.  Olivia was planning her first sleepover for her 7th birthday party.  Her mom asked if I could make a cake into a bed.

It was fun personalizing the cake for the 2 blondes, 4 brunettes and 1 red-head that were there!

PS:  Olivia's mom happily reported that all of the girls had a great time!  They each wanted to eat their cake replicas.  The night was full of laughing and giggling-just like a sleepover should be!

Remembering Rowan

I had the great privilege to be a part of remembering Rowan today.  Rowan's sweet Mama asked me if I could make pumpkin bars and mini cheesecakes to go with their pie buffet.  These pictures are from the end of the party-looks like every dessert was a hit-the pumpkin bars and mini cheesecakes are on the pedestals.

I am planning on shaping the popcorn balls like pumpkins.
The Halloween pops will vary (ie: scarecrow, pumpkin, ghost, etc.).
The Spooky Cupcakes will also vary (ie: pumpkin, ghost or spider)

My brother has found a great girl!  TJ and Misty had a private ceremony surrounded by close family and friends.  I thought it would be fun to make these beauties for them!

They plan on renewing their vows in a year with a larger wedding.  Look forward to their cake next summer/fall!
